Terms of Service

Static launch: account access, payments, generation, and email support are not available yet. The sections below describe the applicable service features when they are enabled. Browsing this release does not start a paid job or create a subscription.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of h3run.com, including the MiniMax H3 video generation service. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Last updated September 9, 2026.

The service

h3run.com provides paid MiniMax H3 video generation from text, images, and reference media. Outputs are generated by an AI model. Results vary. We do not guarantee a specific look, render time, or that any generation will succeed.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require a verified email address or a linked Google account before generation is available.

Payments, credits, and refunds

Paid plans provide the credit balance shown at checkout. Generation estimates are planning estimates. Text and Image workflows show the maximum reservation before submission. Reference workflows show a base estimate before submission; uploaded video duration and additional reference images are included in the final server-side reservation when the request is submitted. Confirmed failed generations do not consume credits.

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no credits from that purchase have been consumed. Email support@h3run.com from the purchasing account. Except where required by law or where we confirm a service failure, purchases with consumed credits are not refundable. Canceling a subscription stops its next renewal and does not remove access already paid for during the current billing period. See the Refund Policy for details.

Paid completed outputs are delivered without a h3run.com-added watermark. Inputs and outputs are private to the account by default, and completed outputs may be securely re-downloaded while they remain stored and the account remains available. This is not a promise of perpetual storage; keep your own copies of important outputs.

Checkout is processed by Stripe. Available payment methods depend on your device, region, and browser.

Your content and outputs

You retain rights in the prompts, images, video, and audio you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and process that material solely to operate the service, including provider generation, private storage, playback, and download.

You may use generated outputs for personal or commercial projects, subject to applicable law, these Terms, and any third-party model, platform, or content terms. You are responsible for owning or obtaining rights to your inputs and for ensuring your use does not infringe third-party rights.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law
• Submit or generate sexual content involving minors, or other illegal content
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, storage, or infrastructure
• Interfere with other users or with generation, payment, or authentication systems
• Resell raw provider access, scrape the service, or reverse-engineer private endpoints

Intellectual property

The h3run.com website, branding, and original interface are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. MiniMax and related model names remain the marks of their owners.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if payment fails, or if we must do so to protect the service or other users.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or generations, arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision.
