Static launch: account access, payments, generation, and email support are not available yet. The sections below describe the applicable service features when they are enabled. Browsing this release does not start a paid job or create a subscription.

This Privacy Policy explains how h3run.com ("we") handles personal data when you use the MiniMax H3 video generation website. Last updated September 9, 2026.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and, if you sign in with Google, the Google account identifiers needed to authenticate you.
• Payment data: plan, amount, and Stripe customer or checkout references. Card numbers are processed by Stripe, not stored on our servers.
• Generation data: mode, duration, aspect ratio, resolution, status, credit reservation, and private input/output files needed to run and deliver a job. Analytics does not record prompts, uploaded media, generated URLs, or raw provider responses.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, and security logs used to operate and protect the site.

How we use it

We use this information to create and secure your account, process payments and credits, run MiniMax H3 generations, store and deliver private outputs, provide support, prevent abuse, and measure aggregate site usage.

Storage and processors

Application data is stored on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2, and KV). Payments are processed by Stripe. Sign-in may use Google. Generation is submitted to our video provider under a private workflow; successful outputs are copied into private R2 before playback or download. We use Plausible for privacy-oriented analytics. We do not use advertising pixels on the public marketing pages.

Cookies

Essential cookies or similar storage keep you signed in and protect the session. Analytics is configured to avoid advertising tracking.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with processors listed above only to operate the service, or if required by law.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while the account is active and as needed for accounting, disputes, and security. Generation files remain available while they are stored for your account. You should download copies you need to keep. We may delete unused or abandoned data.

Your choices

You can update profile details in account settings, cancel renewal from billing, and request access or deletion by emailing support@h3run.com from the account address. Some records must be kept for legal or payment reasons.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision.
